If the United States and its Western European allies can blow both Serbia and Iraq into oblivion, certainly it can remove the war criminal leader of North Korea! The CIA Allowing him to remain in power is comparable to allowing Nazi German war criminal Mengle to go on within the death penalty after WWII! After Bush, I hope the next USA president will take decisive action against North Korean government for their crimes against humanity. This is been going on too long!

Hi Miki,
Thank you for posting your concern! Please see the recent submission from Elizabeth Batha:

Petitioning the UN countries to support the resolution on human rights in the DPRK is a great way to get involved right away. Consider telling your friends and family to do the same.
In addition, Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) has a chapter in Los Angeles (at USC) that you could join to get involved in your local area. They are a non-profit, non-partisan, non-ethnic and non-religious group.

Hi Micki, thanks for your post. VoM does great work, so it’s fantastic that you’re contributing to NK rights through that particular organization. If you haven’t already, please see the links on our main page under the category “Martyrs”. That will direct you to more information on the underground church. Ms. Lee’s Eyes of the Tailless Animals is a must-read, so it’s good to hear that you’ve already read that. A listing of Korean churches that have English speaking services can be found here: http://www.kamr.org/listings/listing.aspx . Keep up the great work of witnessing to what’s going on both in N. Korea and in what our communities are doing about that. - Edward

Hello. I live in Los Angeles & wanted to know how I could get involved to help the NK refugees.
I feel very connected to North Korea. May be because my family escaped before the Korean War.
N. Korean people are always on my mind, especially the children.
It breaks my heart to see so many innecent lives suffering.
How could I get involved?
But I’m not too interested in joining any religious groups.
Thanx.

I am an Area Representative for The Voice of the Martyrs. My “burden” has been North Korea for over 3 years. I try to speak about the underground church whenever possible, and tell of their overcoming faith. I am interested in any information you have. I have read Eyes of the Tailless Animals. I am also hoping to go to a Korean Church if I can find one in New Hampshire.
Blessings on all you do. I will continue to be a voice.
