Join Protest Against China’s Violent Repatriation of NK Refugees

By Suzanne Scholte

Where will you be this Saturday, December 2nd? Will you take a stand for those who are suffering?

Please find below an updated list of the cities and countries that so far have agreed to participate in the International Protest Against China’s Violent Repatriation of North Korean Refugees. We now have coordinators in 13 countries and 19 cities who will mark this date with special events, demonstrations, protests, prayers, letters and petitions to take a stand against China’s brutal policy which violates the international agreements it has signed.

Wherever you are in the world, go to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate Office at noon this December 2 to take a stand for the suffering North Korean refugees in China who are continuing to be hunted down by the Chinese authorities and forced to return to North Korea where they face torture, imprisonment, and even execution for the “crime” of leaving their country.

During this entire week, you can also participate by automatically sending a letter to the PRC Ambassador calling for China to change this policy by visiting the Open Doors website [18]

Check out the cities below and please contact the organizers in your area to let them know you will stand with them for these suffering refugees.

Warm regards,
Suzanne
